Stolz wie Oskar stand ich nun im Karstadt Gourmet vor dem Weinregal und erkannte meine Lieblinge. Einen Meerlust Rubicon und einen Kanonkop hatten sie dort da stehen. Und auch noch nicht einmal überteuert. Den selben Preis bezahlt man nämlich auch in Südafrika. Jetzt kann ich also getrost meine Reserven leer trinken. ich weiß ja, wo es den Nachschub gibt.

I was very proud when I did stand in front of a wine shelf in a shopping center in Frankfurt. Just in that moment I found my favourite South African wines – the Meerlust Rubicon and the Kanonkop (not the Paul Sauer, but the Pinotage). And the prices for them are the same like in ZA. Now I can drink my special reserves, because I know where I can pay supplies.
